Followed by project engineering at Select Engineering Inc., designing complex oil & gas production and processing facilities.

Senior management team member overseeing engineering operations, quality, and financial performance. Established a carbon fiber composites manufacturing capability that expanded revenue by $7.5M in 12 months. Led audits across FAA, NADCAP, and ISO/AS9100 standards.

Provided composite manufacturing, structural analysis, and 24/7 engineering support across Delta's entire fleet. Developed and instructed internal training courses on blueprint reading and manufacturing processes.
